Shipping & Delivery
Guaranteed delivery in Singapore within 14 days of your online purchase (and quite possibly sooner)!
Arthur Zaaro logistics staff will contact you via email/mobile/sms within 48hours of your online purchase to coordinate delivery time and date
our delivery staff will unpack and remove all packing materials (and recycle anything we can) at the time of delivery – unless you request that the item remain packed
our delivery staff will assemble any items that require assembly (unless you request the item to remain unassembled)
our delivery staff will place the unpacked items according to your request
Singapore delivery fee
we have a flat-delivery-fee for your entire order. The delivery fee is based on the largest item in your order (not the sum of all of the items in your order).

Arthur Zaaro’s e-commerce site currently allows for automated purchase/shipping/delivery only in Singapore, but we are excited to send any of our products to you wherever you are. For International shipping please contact us through email at and we will coordinate the shipping to your location.
Exchange & Returns
Arthur Zaaro carefully inspects all products prior to packing and delivery. Our packing materials and delivery methods eliminate most possibilities for damage to your items. You must inspect all items at the time of delivery and indicate any damaged items to our delivery staff while they are present. We are unable to process any exchanges for “used” or “damaged” items after the delivery-inspection (this does not apply to any conditions covered by any/all warranties we offer on some of our products).
Damaged items
we offer a free 1-to-1 exchange for the same item with the same size/colour/pattern etc. Items exchanged due to damage during delivery will NOT incur any further delivery or removal charges. Exchange will be made as soon as possible depending on delivery schedule and inventory.
Defective items
any item that is deemed defective according to our warranties and policies, during the time-period defined by our warranties and policies, will receive a free 1-to-1 EXCHANGE for a the same item with the same size/colour/pattern or a free REPAIR of the item and will NOT incur any further delivery or removal charges. Please note that warranties vary among our items.
Arthur Zaaro will issue a store-credit for any items returned within 10 days of receipt of delivery. A pick-up and repacking fee equal to 2x the original delivery charge will apply, and a restocking fee of 5% of the cost of the returned item will apply. The store-credit will be issued net of the delivery and restocking fees. Our standard shipping charges on any items purchased with the store-credit will apply. Items that have been “used” or show any signs of damage or use will NOT be accepted for return.
Tile Care
Tiles should be packed and stored face-to-face and back-to-back to avoid scratching the sealed/polished surface.
Keep tiles dry. Efflorescence, or the white powdery stain on tile surfaces, can be caused by soaking.
Do not expose tiles to acid based cleaners or stain removers.
Use two part liquid/powder chemical tile adhesive such as Quicseal #603 Latex Tilemix. No need to add water.
Do not soak tiles in water before installation.
Do not use water + sand + portland cement mix.
All standard grouts can be used to fill joints.
Wipe tiles immediately to remove excess grout.
